With almost 20 years' experience, Nick is the premier Judo instructor in the PNW. Not only is he an internationally recognized Judoka, but he's also phenomenal instructor who understands that small details make the difference. Well versed in both Gi and No-Gi Judo, Nick's game is pragmatic & battle tested against the highest levels of international competition.
Nick received his black belt in 2014 from 5x Olympian and Olympic Silver Medalist, Jason Morris. Nick's accomplishments include:
-Coach of multiple Judo Cadet National Champions (2024)
-2X USA Judo World Team qualifier

-1X Junior Pan Am Team
-9th place finish at Cadet World Championships
-Multiple Time Jr. National Champion
-Multiple International Medals
-Sambo Men’s Nationals 3rd (2014)
-Black belt at 17 Years old (2014)
-Team New Jersey at NHSCA National High School Wrestling Duals
Nick teaches classes, seminars, and privates at many of the Judo and Jiu Jitsu gyms in the Greater Seattle Area. His incredible Uchi Mata paired with an intricate foot-sweep game is turning BJJ players into respectable stand-up grapplers all across the Northwest :) He also teaches regular classes at the Washington Judo Academy in Kirkland, WA where he's helped multiple cadet athletes win Judo National titles in 2024.
